StarPoint Properties, LLC is a real estate investment and operating company that focuses on multi-family and commercial properties. Within this market, we concentrate on the acquisition, development and re-development of properties in high-growth sub-markets. As a fully integrated company, we manage the entire investment process including acquisitions, sales, financing, new partnership formations, property management, rehabilitation and repositioning. Since the Company was founded in 1995, we have acquired and sold over a half a billion dollars in assets. We currently own and manage a portfolio of more than 4,000,000 sq feet units with a value of approximately $800 million. Through our broad and deep broker network and other resources, we learn of investment opportunities that may not always be known to the general investment community. We use industry-leading systems and a proprietary underwriting model to evaluate these opportunities, typically analyzing 1,000 deals before buying one. It is this kind of volume and deal flow that allows us to select only the best investments that will deliver exceptional returns. For the past eight years, StarPoint's portfolio has delivered on average a 37% annual cash-on-cash return and a 102.92% Internal Rate of Return.
