St. Andrew’s Scots School founded in 1838, is a bilingual, coeducational school for grades K-12, located in a residential area in the northern suburbs of Buenos Aires, Argentina.
St. Andrew’s is a school of approximately 1900 students who receive a fully bilingual education. All its students are expected to complete seven IGCSE exams (Cambridge University) in year 10 and prepare for an International Baccalaureate diploma in their last two years at school. Approximately 85% of its students obtain the bilingual diploma each year. This challenging education prepares its graduates to enter excellent universities all around the world and, more significantly, should provide them with the disposition and habits that allow them to become thoughtful and caring citizens.
