Simple Laboratories

Simple Laboratories is a clinically-certified Chicago-based full diagnostic laboratory servicing patients across multiple regions. We serve thousands of patients every day, conducting over 15,000 tests daily. We run lab tests to help diagnose, treat, and prevent numerous diseases, including cancer, diabetes, and heart disease. We also perform clinical medical laboratory testing, including routine blood tests such as cholesterol, vitamin D testing and blood counts. Currently, we are accepting patients for COVID-19 testing. We conduct PCR (swab) and antibody testing with no out-of-pocket costs to patients. Uninsured individuals are also eligible for COVID-19 testing at no cost through the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) program, which is administered through The Families First Coronavirus Response Act & CARES Act.Our mission is clear-we want to make healthcare affordable by being transparent, supportive, and simple.
