Sequence Care Group is a specialist independent healthcare company. Focused on providing supported living and residential care homes for adults with learning disabilities combined with a secondary diagnosis such as an autistic spectrum disorder or mental health conditions.Support provided is tailored and individuals receive additional therapeutic input from our specialist teams of Occupational Therapy, Speech and Language Therapy, Positive Behavioural Support and experienced support workers. Our caring teams provide an all-around person-centred, unique package to ensure individuals are encouraged to live as independently, positively helping them to live a richer life.We work in partnership with the NHS and Local Authorities, developing high quality, trusted services where they are needed. Our outcomes speak for themselves, and we have built an enviable track record of enabling those in our care to not only progress but truly flourish and live a fulfilling and happy life.Following the acquisition of Progress Housing our specialist services have grown. Progress Housing is part of the Sequence Care Group and provides three residential care homes for adults with learning disabilities, physical disabilities, located in the seaside town of Worthing, West Sussex.The residential care homes are all fully wheelchair accessible and are adapted to make them accessible for wheelchair users. They all include passenger lifts, lowered food preparation areas, lowered light switches, accessible nurse call services and overhead hoists. Each bedroom has full en-suite facilities and there are accessible gardens. The homes are all located in residential areas and are within easy, level walking distance of the town centre and seafront.
