SECO Energy was founded in 1938. It is one of the largest electric distribution cooperatives in the nation, serving more than 203,000 homes and businesses in seven counties across Central Florida. We are owned by the people we serve - called members. SECO Energy is conveniently located between Tampa, Orlando and Gainesville. SECO’s 2017 American Customer Satisfaction Index (ACSI) score is 88.
