Sears has opened an office in downtown Seattle focused on our Home Services Business. We'll be reinvigorating this very successful business unit to bring it into the next generation. We're just getting started so we're hiring!! This is a great opportunity to be part of a startup effort in terms of forming the new team and culture in Seattle while also building on the foundation of the successful and thriving Sears Home Services business.Located in the Columbia Tower in Downtown Seattle.The Seattle-based Sears Home Services team is working to radically improve the consumer experience of home repair, remodeling, and maintenance by utilizing the power of technology, massive data sets, and a nationwide service provider network.We are looking to hire for;• Engineering Leaders (Managers and Directors)• Data Scientists (Engineers, Managers and Directors)• Core Web Service Engineers (Java and RoR)• Mobile and UX Engineers• Technical PM’s and Product Owners
