With more than 43,000 sq km of ocean bottom seismic (OBS) data collected since 2005 in water depths to 3000 meters, our experienced teams collaborate with customers to offer integrated service solutions using field-proven, multi-component ocean bottom node (OBN) technologies.Seabed Geosolutions was formed as a seabed geophysics joint venture between Fugro and CGG in February 2013. On 30 December, 2019, Fugro entered into an agreement to acquire CGG’s shareholding in Seabed Geosolutions and to terminate the Seabed Geosolutions’ joint venture agreement. In line with CGG's strategy to exit the data acquisition business, CGG transferred its shareholding in Seabed Geosolutions to Fugro in the first quarter of 2020.
