A collection of three restaurants and bars in Central London, specialising in all things Spanish and Italian, with a focus on charcuterie, cheese, small dishes and exceptional wines.Salt Yard Group comprises Dehesa and Ember Yard in Soho, and Salt Yard just a short stroll away in Fitzrovia. They are all however, different in decor-style, atmosphere and menu. A hop around all three is highly recommended; in one night by tuk tuk, even better.At Salt Yard Group our mission is simple – to provide delicious food in a relaxed environment where the staff excel in friendliness, efficiency and product knowledge.Training is the key to everything we do – Front of House we hold weekly training sessions on food, drink and service standards.We nurture and train our staff tirelessly in order for them to excel and develop – because staff progression is vital for us.
