Established in 2003 our initial aim was to address the challenges faced by the long term unemployed and to provide the essential support required to get them back to work. In the ten years since our conception we have expanded at a steady rate, widening our provision, extending our reach and expanding our team year after year. We have now been successfully delivering Routes into Work (RIW), Apprenticeships and Adult NVQs for some time and are continuing our development to keep pace with the ever changing needs of a dynamic market.
