Roaring Fork Restaurant Group is a locally owned and operated Qdoba Mexican Grill franchise with locations in WI, IL and IA. Its flagship location opened on Oakland Avenue on Milwaukee’s East Side in 1998. We currently operate 57 locations within our franchise territory.In the summer of 2017, Roaring Fork Restaurant Group opened a new restaurant concept - Grate Modern Mac & Cheese - in Menomonee Falls, WI. Using only the best in Wisconsin dairy products, we’re putting our own twist on the ultimate comfort food, macaroni & cheese – a first for Milwaukee. Featuring an open, casual atmosphere, it’s a place where the whole family can be full of belly and of heart. The second location was opened in the summer of 2018 in Greenfield, WI.
