Reconstruction Services is a full-service, Design-Build general contractor that specializes in correcting building defects and water-intrusion damage. Our close relationship with our related company, Richard Avelar & Associates, a forensic architectural and consulting firm founded in 1976, gives us an unrivaled institutional knowledge base for identifying and remediating building deficiencies. This knowledge and experience also informs our renovation and deferred maintenance repair work. In addition, our unique partnership allows us to offer our clients an option to undertake projects on a design/build basis, which provides one point of contact for all architectural, engineering and construction-related aspects of the project. By self-performing a large portion of our work including framing, sheet metal fabrication and installation, waterproofing, stucco and finish carpentry, and by maintaining close relationships with a network of specialty subcontractors, we are able to closely control our projects and maintain a very high standard of care.
