Rehab JobFit

The Rehab Group and Interserve's partnership organisation, Rehab JobFit LLP, is a third sector led prime contractor of the government's Work Programme in South West England and Wales. JobFit also delivers the Mandatory Work Activity Programme in these areas. The partnership is unique because of the distinctive strengths and experience of both organisations. Additionally, the Rehab Group is one of only two third sector organisations of the 18 Work Programme prime contractors. Working with a number of specialist support providers and end-to end delivery partners, JobFit provides a tailored package of support, training, qualifications and advice to help individuals get back to work; with activity focussed to that which is most likely to result in a positive outcome of sustainable employment.
