It has grown into Southwest Riverside County’s leading real estate firm with offices in Temecula, Murrieta, and Menifee and more than 160 full-time agents. Chardonnay Escrow, founded in 1996, works both independently and in conjunction with Rancon Real Estate. The Rancon Group’s specialized divisions include The Development Division, The Builder Developer Division, The Marketing Division, The Asset Management Division and The Investment Opportunities Division.
