We are passionate about not only our Customer's happiness, but also our Crew's happiness. Many of our Crew will tell you that they love Cane's because of the people and the atmosphere. Why is that?We make fun of work! We have FUN!! We appreciate and invite candid, open communication along with a profit sharing program that rewards every single person that works for Raising Canes' Ohio. We are closed or close early on most major holidays so our Crew can have time with family and friends. We work hard and play harder. Our story: In 2000, Tim McCarthy was a junior in college and needed to pay for his last two years of school. He and his father sent out marketing proposals to different potential clients and landed the opportunity to work with Raising Cane's in Louisiana. Tim fell in love with the brand and met Todd Graves, Raising Cane’s founder. After consulting on the Raising Cane’s marketing plan, Tim decided he wanted to be a part of the Raising Cane’s family. After working his way from Crewmember to Manager, Tim suspected that Raising Cane’s would be a “hit” back in Ohio. Upon his return to the Buckeye State, he opened up his first franchise restaurant across from the Ohio State University campus in October 2004. RCO Limited currently has 35 locations in Ohio.
