R Bank opened its doors in 2009 and its strategic objective was to grow as much as possible to attain a sustainable size that would create and support a profitable franchise. The Bank continued this path of growth for the next 7 years. This strategic objective was achieved using both organic growth and acquisitions. The results were a Bank that had grown from a beginning of $13.5MM in capital, no loans and no deposits to a Bank with $298MM in loans, $367MM in deposits and $407MM in total assets by the end of 2016. The Bank had achieved double digit growth in loans and deposits on a year over year basis for 7 straight years.R Bank is a member of FDIC and an Equal Housing Lender
