Quigg Engineering Inc. (QEI), a DBE engineering consulting firm, was founded by Lori L. Quigg, PE and Rebecca L. Stocker in 2006. We are headquartered in Springfield, IL with branch offices in Chicago, West Chicago, Jacksonville, Joliet and East Peoria, Illinois; St. Louis, Missouri; Lakeland, Florida; Walcott, Iowa; Schererville and Indianapolis, Indiana; Middleton, Wisconsin; and Carrollton, Texas. Currently, we employ 112 people with 40 licensed professionals having experience in transportation planning and design, traffic studies, site/civil engineering, bridges and structures, environmental studies, landscape architecture, urban planning, construction inspection, and surveying.Our diverse background and depth of experience allows us to provide you with creative solutions during all phases including design, permitting and construction. Our experienced team of engineers, surveyors, scientists, and technicians emphasize technical details, accuracy, and an overall sense of professionalism in any task we undertake.
