Quantem Consulting LLP plan, control and manage the cost of construction projects to improve cost effectiveness, reduce risk and secure value. Our principle strength comes from the experience and quality of the Partners and staff. The Partnership was established in 2006 by John Barbour, Blake Turner, Mick Rogan and Bruce Paterson. Given their strong working relationships and mutual aims and goals and having worked together delivering successful projects since 1999, it was a natural progression to form Quantem Consulting LLP. The Partnership’s philosophy is to be fair, honest and hardworking, with a strong delivery focus. Our goal is to build a business which is sustainable and both challenging and fun to work with.
