On September 15, 2019, Purdue Pharma L.P. announced a preliminary agreement with 24 states and thousands of local governments to settle the opioid litigation facing the Company.Purdue is working to broaden support for the settlement framework so that we can deliver more than $10 billion in value to directly address and abate the opioid crisis.
