Prokanban.org is a venture conceived of, by, and for the Kanban community. Our mission is to support all Kanban practitioners (new or old) by providing a safe and inclusive forum to learn about Kanban. Participation in this community is governed by our Code of Conduct. What is Kanban? Simply put, Kanban is a strategy to optimize the flow of value through a process. It is impossible to talk about Kanban without talking about flow. The fundamental idea behind Kanban is that one of the best ways to optimize value delivery is to optimize process flow.
