Prestige Health Choice is pleased to share that Florida True Health, Inc., a Florida HMO, acquired ownership of the health plan on October 1, 2015. Florida True Health, Inc. is doing business as (DBA) Prestige, so providers and members will not see any changes. Florida True Health brings with it the expertise of one of the largest Medicaid managed care organizations. Prestige Health Choice offers quality services and support through our innovative outreach programs, extensive provider network and integrated care management solutions.
