We give our customers full service, time in and time out. We don’t just tell our customers go pick out a cigar. We offer every customer help. If they would like our help; we walk them through the entire ordering process. If a customer visits our factory, we treat them as family. We also ask questions to learn and understand their specific tastes. As individuals, we are all different and the palate is subjective. It’s just like anything; food, clothes, wine, color. We all have different tastes.
