Pangaea Laboratories is an exciting, fast expanding beauty company with a startup culture based on a disruptive model. We have a suite of beauty brands that sell via retail, online and professional channels globally. Our main areas of focus are premium skincare and haircare and all of our products and brands are developed in-house from lab to production. We pride ourselves on being pioneers of cutting-edge technologies. Our extensive research and meticulous tests of our products help us to find the perfect formulation, but above all, we try hard to do things right, and we are always looking to make improvements. The business was founded in 1999 by Elliot Isaacs from a tiny lab in the back of his Dad’s pharmacy. Elliot arrived in the skincare industry at a time when natural skincare brands began challenging the traditional skincare market. A product of his time, a scientist having spent 5 years backpacking around the world, he also shared the natural movement's values of fair trade, sustainability and natural ingredients but his idea, unique at the time, was to combine this ethical backdrop with his experience in biochemistry to create results-driven products with proven science.
