We became a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Old Mutual Group in February 2010 and we are the only short-term insurance company in the Group. We also have operations in Namibia, Botswana, Zimbabwe and Nigeria under the Old Mutual brand.We are the oldest short-term insurer in South Africa with a history that dates back over 180 years. Expansion into Africa has become central to our growth strategy.
