In addition, OIEC has extensive experience as Managing Contractor (MC) and General Contractor (GC). Recently OIEC has been successful in securing finances for its projects as well as entering into buy-back projects for development and production of hydrocarbon reserves.OIEC combines modern technology with global capabilities in engineering, procurement and construction to deliver comprehensive solutions to customers in the oil, gas and petrochemical industry. By gaining decades of experience and achieving numerous successful projects OIEC is now perfectly capable of taking projects from conceptual design through engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning and operation.
