ODS is a multi-faceted company providing services from construction and highways and engineering, to waste management and fleet and motor transport services.ODS is like a social enterprise, wholly-owned by Oxford City Council. We serve the community’s needs by providing services on behalf of the council to over 160,000 residents while also supplying services to organisations and businesses in the Oxfordshire area.Since 2012, we have used the savings we generate from our commercial services to reinvest back into public services. That way, we can offset the cuts in Government grants and provide value for money, consumer-focused and environmentally responsible services to all.
