After being founded in 2004, Ocean Construction Services was incorporated and received their 8(a) certification just a year later in 2005. Over the last decade, Ocean Construction Services, Inc. has become a major contender among mid-range contractors in the Mid-Atlantic as continue to grow and our culture of Safety, Character, Service, Commitment, and value is well know and sought after with in the industry.
