The company then later expanded its asset base to Power Plants, Waste to Value/Energy, Water Treatment Projects, and Commercial Real Estate. We then further expanded our Project Financing capabilities by adding an underwriting/risk mitigation arm for capital intensive projects to leverage our experiences and enter into strategic JV’s with sustainable asset developers.
