MT Select is a lease purchase program for independent contractors and select Montgomery Transport professional drivers. MTS provides a foreseeable career path for Montgomery Transport drivers with a comprehensive earnings package, state-of-the-art equipment and best-in-class tractor warranty program. Drivers must have three months continuous employment with Montgomery Transport OR one year IC experience and one year flatbed experience to be eligible to meet MT Select qualifications.
