Mission Healthcare includes two service lines: Home Health and Hospice. Home Health is provided in the home-setting when a patient is recovering from surgery, illness, or a fall to name a few. Disciplines include nursing, therapy and social work with a multitude of specialty care options available. Hospice care provides comfort measures for patients and their families during end-of-life. Mission Home Health Home Health services include healthcare management and clinical experts that will provide uncompromising levels of attention, customer service and integrity. Mission Home Health’s team of licensed clinicians will work with patient and physician to develop a plan of care that will meet each individual’s specific needs. Being a Medicare certified agency, Medicare, Medi-Cal & Private insurances are accepted. Mission Hospice Hospice addresses the needs of the whole person, as they receive state-of-the art medical care delivered with thoughtful consideration of their personal beliefs and values, as they embark on one of life’s most challenging seasons.
