The original intermediation business was established in 1979 through Mirabaud Securities in London. The principal activity in those days was the broking of French equities to European and US institutions. The next 25 years witnessed rapid expansion with the group now broking 40 countries worldwide from offices in London, Geneva, Madrid, Dubai, and Hong Kong. From the foundations of a strong secondary business, the company has expanded into primary and now possesses one of the most highly regarded primary teams servicing the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange.
