The Milwaukee County Sheriff's Office provides law enforcement and detention services in Wisconsin's largest metropolitan area. We operate the Milwaukee County Jail, provide law enforcement services to the Milwaukee County Circuit Court, and serve as the primary police agency for the Milwaukee County Parks, the Milwaukee Regional Medical Center, and all expressways in Milwaukee County. By providing efficient, effective, and accountable services to the public, we work to resolve threats to public safety and ensure a safe and humane detention system.
