As an agency, we believe that services must be client centered and support the health, safety, dignity, as well as the rights of the people we serve. Our agency is dedicated to providing quality and culturally competent services to clients and assisting them to achieve their highest level of independence. We strive to provide services tailored for those who require specific cultural sensitivity, as well as matching up our clients with staff members who may benefit and achieve a higher success rate due to our own diversity within our staff. We propose to provide services to parents and their children and offer parents opportunities to learn and improve their lives, home management skills, parenting skills, while helping to build self-esteem and family independence.
