Mashcole Property Management, Inc. is strictly a third-party property management company focused on the California markets. Our company is hired by a variety of third-party clients ranging from institutional level investors to "mom and pop"​ investors to oversee the day-to-day operations and management responsibilities of their multi-family portfolios/properties. Mashcole's key personnel have extensive experience in the management of assets which include projects requiring re-positioning, strong resident retention requirements and lease ups. Mashcole also coordinates renovation projects, which have been within the range of $2,000 per unit to $20,000 per unit and up. Mashcole Property Management, Inc. was formed in 2005 and currently manages approximately 250 apartment communities totaling more than 5000 units.
