MLEC was acquired by Westwood Professional Services on October 1, 2019. MLEC was founded to meet the growing demand for energy infrastructure rehabilitation and expansion. MLEC's primary role is to provide transmission and distribution design services to U.S. utilities and support their initiatives to upgrade an aging power delivery system. Growth in this market has increased tremendously with electric utilities seeking qualified professionals to expand, upgrade, and build new transmission lines.Main Line specializes in high voltage transmission line design projects.
