Based in Irvine, California, the Company has developed hundreds of retail buildings throughout the nation for national and regional retailers such as CVS Pharmacies, Dollar General, Starbucks, Petco, Smart & Final, Circle K and many others. KZ’s construction segment of the Company recently became even more renowned when it merged with Miller Construction to create KZ Miller Construction (“KZM”). This joint venture company is a full service General Contractor and Project Management Company that bring over 35 years of construction experience to the table.
