Kripalu is the largest yoga-based retreat center in North America. Located in the beautiful Berkshires of western Massachusetts, Kripalu offers weekend R&R retreats and more than eight hundred 3-5-day programs each year featuring world-class teachers, thinkers, authors and presenters in yoga, meditation, holistic wellness and self-discovery.
