Privately owned and operated since 1981, JPA Landscape & Construction, Inc. was established to provide a more balanced and complete line of landscaping services for the Commercial Property Manager. In the past 31 years, JPA Landscape & Construction, Inc. has grown with the landscape industry while continuing to be known for integrity, honesty, and an unparalleled level of expertise. Our projects are comprised of Common Interest Developments, Business Parks, Apartment Complexes, Retail Centers, and Medical Facilities. Through customer development and the acquisition of several landscape businesses, JPA now maintains five locations throughout the greater bay area, with multiple locations. JPA is geographically positioned to provide a wide range of services that include landscape maintenance, exterior building maintenance, irrigation/water management programs, Integrated Pest Management and specialized consulting services.
