Innovative Staff Solutions is a family-owned "full-service" staffing company that has been operating since 1994. Not only do we offer general staffing solutions, such as temporary and temp-to-hire staffing, but we also offer direct hire, or professional recruiting services for full-time, professional and management-level positions. In addition, we offer an On-Site Solutions service for those clients who need help managing a large temporary workforce.We currently operate branch offices in Mattoon, Effingham, Springfield, Decatur, Peru, Nashville, IL, Evansville, IN and Owensboro, KY In addition, we are on-site at 15+ different locations in Illinois, Indiana, Missouri and Kentucky.
