Impact Academy

The Impact Academy is a pioneering provider of experiential education for students and graduates looking to build a career in sustainable development.The programs are a combination of online learning and fieldwork, offered in 7 countries around the world, and are designed to fill the training gap reported by employers in the sustainable development industry: graduates leave university highly academically qualified, but with insufficient understanding of the day-to-day realities of an international development project.The Impact Academy teaches a profound understanding of local contexts—the unique history, environment, culture, economy, infrastructure, and policies of a particular environment – and how to adapt project work to deliver more successful projects as a result.Our end goal is clear: to guide and deliver our graduates into their chosen career in sustainable development.Impact Academy programs are offered through our university partners found across the United States.
