Immunovant is a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company focused on enabling normal lives for patients with autoimmune diseases.Our investigational product candidate, IMVT-1401 (formerly known as RVT-1401), is a novel, fully human monoclonal antibody targeting the neonatal Fc receptor (FcRn). We believe that this product has the potential to address a variety of IgG-mediated autoimmune diseases as a subcutaneous injection.Over the last several months, we have announced positive topline results in two Phase 2a studies in myasthenia gravis (MG) and Thyroid Eye Disease (TED). We anticipate sharing Phase 2b ASCEND GO results in Thyroid Eye Disease in the first half of 2021. We also have a Phase 2 trial in warm autoimmune hemolytic anemia (WAIHA) and will share results in the first quarter of 2021. We recently announced plans to continue expanding our pipeline with three new innovative therapies that could transform the lives of patients living with autoimmune diseases over the next twelve months.
