Hubbell acquired Metron, Inc. in November of 2011 adding the Metron® Fire Pump Control division to the company to expand on the existing Hubbell line.In February of 2012, Hubbell acquired Cableform, Inc. The company was established in 1974 and is located in Troy, Virginia. Cableform designs and manufactures large DC motor controls for customers worldwide.
