Open Position: Operations Assistant
This position supports the Operations Manager in daily project accounting and operational tasks. The position requires great communication skills, attention to detail, and customer service skills. Must be proficient in Excel. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to work in a team environment, effectively meet deadlines, and communicate effectively with management and staff.
Tasks Include:
•Monthly billing and reporting
•Collections and A/R
•Vendor close-out and follow-up
•Vendor invoice processing and reconciliation
•New project/client setup
•Project budget and client payment reconciliations
Requirements:
Must know formatting and basic formulas. Intermediate level Excel is highly desirable (sum product, sum if, if, lookups, tables).
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
Two or more years of relevant or similar experience
