Expobank CZ a.s. is a mid-sized, modern bank with focus on corporate, private and affluent individual customers. As of 1 September, 2014 the majority shareholder became Expobank LLC, a dynamic Russian bank operating on the Russian market since 1994, privately owned by Igor Kim. Igor Kim became majority shareholder of Expobank CZ as of 31. 12. 2014. Mr. Kim is a strategic investor active in the Russian and European banking sector with more than 20 years of successful business experience in banking. The Bank is well-established at the Czech market as it has been present there since 1991.
