It was founded as a result of confluence of several companies: In May 2012, after “Insurance Company Aldagi” obtained the “Insurance Company IMEDI L international” including the following subsidiary Companies: “Unimedi Adjara” LLC, “Unimedi Samtskhe” LLC, “Unimedi Kakheti” LLC, the Control of mentioned above daughter companies were transferred to “My family Clinic” JSC under the management contract; During the past years, EVEX Medical Corporation has reorganized and made major structural changes in governance as to strengthened healthcare delivery, through innovations as in day-care as well as in primary, secondary and tertiary facilities across Georgia.
