EMS provides SPV management services in the infrastructure, renewables and real estate sectors. We strive to provide value for money to our clients by managing our projects efficiently, without compromising our ability to deliver a consistently high quality service.EMS has been providing management services as part of the Equitix Group since October 2014. Originally established by the core members of an existing independent external MSA team, the business has experienced significant growth in project contract numbers and employees. EMS has broadened its breadth of the market from healthcare and education projects to include street lighting, leisure, social housing, waste and renewables and student accommodation.
