Eni Gas & Power nv/sa was established in November 2012. It’s the result of the merger between Distrigas and Nuon Belgium. Eni Gas & Power nv/sa sells natural gas and power through the Eni brand to retail and SME clients in the Belgian market, with the target to become one of the largest retail operators in the country. Eni currently serves a total of 820,000 Belgian customers, approximately 15% of the retail market, with innovative products and services, by making the energy sector and energy prices more transparent and easier to understand for Belgian consumers. Eni aims to become the second player in the Belgian retail segment. Eni is a major integrated energy company committed to growth in the activities of finding, producing, transporting, transforming and marketing oil and gas.
