Beginning in 2005 as a civil engineering firm delivering land development projects, our founder and owner, Neil Fernando, has successfully led Emerio Design in diversifying it’s consulting services for both private and public sectors. Our talented team of 62 employees in 4 offices, Beaverton, Portland, Eugene, and Tri-Cities, regularly provide project management, design, drafting, land use planning, and survey services on land development projects including large subdivisions, single family residences, and commercial properties.
