Elite Specialty Staffing started in a tiny living room in the Treasure Vally area of Idaho as the part-time passion project of our founder, Jen. As a seasoned RN, Jen was very familiar with how to take care of patients and wanted to take the same approach helping other RN’s and BSN’s find fulfillment in their career – wherever that road may take them.Over the years we’ve grown – and although we’re no longer operating in Jen’s living room - one thing hasn’t changed. We care for our team. We’ve recognized that “caring” separates us from the rest and Nurses and Hospitals alike have taken note. We’re all in the people business it turns out, and we love every minute of it.We’ve grown into a full RN/BSN-based professional nursing agency with locations in Idaho, Oregon, and Utah helping fill Contract and Pre-Diem work across the country. We offer part-time as well as full-time Travel Contracts for experienced ED, ICU, OB, OR/PACU, NICU, and MS nurses (among other specialties).During the last 14 years, Elite has built up a significant pool of highly competent, flexible and reliable nurses. Our stability and growth over the years is a demonstration of the clinical competence and demeanor our nurses bring to every facility.We’re still writing our story one chapter at a time and look forward to sharing a few pages of the journey with you.
