Today, DRUGSCAN is a leading pioneer in the emerging field of Abuse Deterrent Assessments. DRUGSCAN has earned a reputation for the most admired and preferred toxicology laboratory in the United States due to our values in quality, commitment, integrity, respect, collaboration, leadership and excellence. DRUGSCAN was one of the first laboratories in the United States to receive its Substance Abuse Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) certification in 1989. DRUGSCAN is one of only a few laboratories that is SAMHSA / NLCP / AHCA certified and College of American Pathologists (CAP) accredited. DrugScan is licensed by both federal and state agencies including Medicare, Medicaid, and CLIA; and the New York State Department of Health, and Pennsylvania Bureau of Laboratories.
