Dirty Martini first opened its doors in 2010 in the heart of London’s Covent Garden Piazza. Hanover Square then opened in 2011, followed by a further four venues in just eighteen months; Bishopsgate, Monument, St Paul’s, and Islington. In 2016 saw the opening of Minories and their first regional site outside of London in Cardiff. Manchester & Leeds followed shortly after in November 2017 and Birmingham in 2018.
